Tenant improvements in an existing building, for a showcase R&D lab and offices for research staff. The corporate goal demanded a welcoming, open, warm and natural office environment, while the lab, showcasing the company’s streamlined production process, demanded a clean sterile aesthetic. The contrasting aesthetics separated only by an all glass partition, provide definition while maintaining an open and singular space.
