This existing two-story office building became the new Corporate Headquarter for the global industry association for the electronics manufacturing industry, Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI). The completed tenant improvements included new contemporary open office areas with flexible work stations, and a variety of meeting, huddle, phone booths and collaboration spaces. One floor was dedicated to a series of event spaces, to host member meetings, lectures, training, talks and expositions. The FOLIO team worked closely with SEMI and the local jurisdictional agencies to expedite approvals for project completion on schedule.
