Tenant Improvements to set up new Corporate headquarters and CLIA Lab operations. Collaborated with users to delineate detailed requirements. The project included modifications in an existing two story building, strategically optimizing current assets to create a vibrant, natural light infused environment for staff engaged in long hours of the CLIA process lab work. The project was constructed on a fast–track, 8 month schedule on a tight budget, that the FOLIO team helped in prioritizing for optimal benefit to the project.
